The Company is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct in all aspects of its business.

Employees, business partners and other stakeholders are encouraged to report in good faith any suspected misconduct, fraud, corruption, unethical behaviour, violations of applicable laws or regulations, or breaches of the Company’s policies.

The Audit Committee oversees the receipt and review of whistleblowing reports. All reports received will be treated with appropriate confidentiality and handled in accordance with the Company’s whistleblowing procedures.

The Company does not tolerate retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith.
